Objectives, Activities & Expected Results

Objectives & activities: With the present qualification project, the company seeks to establish itself as a key-player in its area of expertise, detecting business opportunities inherent to its strategic orientation, aiming to initiate an innovative approach, based on technology. For it to take effect, its predicted activities related to:
- Organizational Innovation & Management;
- Digital Economy & information technologies (DTE);
- Creation of brands & design;
- Protection of industrial property;
- Creation of own Investigation & Development nucleus;
- Implementation of a complete integrated management system, with certification in the norms ISO 9001 (Management & Quality System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), ISO 27001 (Security of Information Management System), SGIDI NP 4457(Social Responsibility System), SGIDI NP 4469 (Social Responsibility Management System).

Expected Results:
- Export intensity of 66.80% of the total sales in the post project;
- Insertion in four external markets.

Objectives & activities: With the present internationalization project, the company seeks a diversification strategy through the insertion in new markets, such as Brazil, Spain, Mozambique and Turkey, as well as with the release of new products and services. For it to take effect, its predicted activities related to: - Knowledge of external markets;
- Web presence, through digital economy;
- International development and promotion of the brand;
- Prospecting and presence in international markets;
- International Marketing;
- Introduction of a new organizational method in comercial practices and external relations.

Expected Results:
